[0.14.14] Overstacking an assembly machine

By control clicking twice on a factory it is possible to overstack resource inputs.
Not a game breaking bug, just weird.

Not a bug, see 0.13.8 Stack sizes exceeded in assemblers

Or when the recipe requires more. For example rocket silo recipe requires 1000 steel.

But an inserter does not requier 100+ iron so it should not overstack?
