So i just updated the game and it won't launch anymore. The game is not modded

First of all, you are using 13.20 and not any .14 version so updating should be your first action, see my signature for how to do so.
If that does not help, try the Graphical problems steps from the bug forum, especially switching to openGL.

Indeed switching to openGl was the solution even in the latest patch
