As the title said, I don't know exactly if this is a bug or a feature. The picture is attachd below

The fact it's not selecting the radar? That's because the mod you're using isn't setup properly to allow blueprinting the radar. If you mouse over it you'll see which mod(s) are changing it and removing them will fix the issue.
