[0.14.13] Scroll on bluebring book not working

Shift + Scroll is not working when I hover blueprint book.
Not sure if its important, I have Roccat Kova mouse.

You have to hold the blueprint book in the cursor - not just hover the mouse over it.

I have to select blueprint book. not point it in mouse. Would change "When in cursor" to "When selected".
