Error when placing "random" zip file in mods directory

Ok, this hapened to me, because i downloaded some beta mod manualy, then later i downloaded another with work things and didn't check download location, and it also ended in mod directory.

I'm aware it's mistake and such, there is no arguing about it, problem is, that game is quite unclear with Error and doesn't want to load.

You get only dialog stating "bad conversion", and that is all.

also logfile is rather "unclear" about cause of error

i would expect at least error, while parsing mod or something "more informative", i just spent over 10 minutes searching for cause of issue, since i was playing quite happilly yesterday, and there was not update (neither to game or mods)

btw. if i place same file into "saves" i get following error when clicking load
File C:/Users/Josef Micka/AppData/Roaming/Factorio/saves/CommunicationLog.zip/info.json not found
quite obvious where is the problem

OP downloaded a non mod zip file into the factorio mod folder. It seems that non mod zips create ambiguous errors

problem is not that it causes error (because it's obvious it will), but that it blocks game loading, and neither ERROR message, or logfile is of any help to resolve issue

edit: internesting, some zip files, produce error with missing info.json and full path, attached one does produce error bad conversion

this file produces error, that includes path ... after some tests, it seems it does only if zip archive contains subfolders ? have not done intensive tests, but that's biggest difference between two zips.

Fixed for the next version. (The error message contains full path of the file).
