Simply a piece of rail that sends a signal if there's a train above it.
As far as I know there is no apparatus that can detect a train (a moving train anyway) so that would be handy.

Better forum search for modders: Enclose your search term in quotes, eg. "font_color" or "custom-input" - it prevents the forum search from splitting on hypens and underscores, resulting in much more accurate results.
