[0.14.9] Failed to sendHeartbeat to the multiplayer matchin

We've been getting a lot of "server not responding" messages on our server. I'm hosting headless on my PC, I have google fiber, and the PC is great.. I can even be in voice chat with everyone, and randomly the server will stop responding. This is the message that pops up when it does.
55236.030 Info MatchingServerGameUpdater.cpp:142: Failed to sendHeartbeat to the multiplayer matching server: Downloading failed: Timeout was reached -- Operation too slow. Less than 1 bytes/sec transferred the last 20 seconds
This was the last message before the server was disconnected entirely. Sometimes it recovers, and the game continues as normal. No players (with a good connection in general) report server lag, yet it will lose connection with the matching server and it disconnects everyone. This is what it appears anyway.

This did not start happening until 14.9.

These messages mean that the matching server is not responding. It might be too high activity, but it is not a Factorio bug.

The server stopped because of some script error.

Would it be feasible/beneficial to create a status page somewhere on factorio.com so game server admins can have an additional tool to tell if issue's on their server are local or remote to factorio's servers?

IDK, we are planning to optimise the matching server so it can handle bigger load (as it increased a lot)
