[Request] Create folder in load/save game screen

Is it possible to make a mod that adds a "create folder" button and dialogue to the load/save game screen?

Folders are apparently otherwise supported in the game: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=28393

Mods can't write anywhere but script-output, so not possible.
