How do achievements work exactly (MP / CV / CA)?

So if I wanted to impose on myself some goals to make the game less... erm, sandboxy, mind if I ask some questions regarding achievements? How do they work exactly, in particular I am thinking of:

* Mass production (Produce N Electronic circuits): the number required, it does pertain to the game, there is no time restriction, so in case of MP T3 I would need to produce 20M green circuits and that's it, right? (this is not to say this is not challending, just asking)
* Circuit veteran (Produce N Advanced circuits per hour): what exactly "per hour" mean? If I would produce 10K advanced circuits in a two minute peak, do I gain the T2 achievement?
* Computer age (Produce N Processing units per hour): same question.

You have to produce the exact number. For the per hour achievements, you have to do it in an hour or less.
