Hi guys. So ive been searching for a day or two on this, but i cant really think of any keywords or search phrases to find what im looking for, and I dont know if the videos on youtube are too old due to the updates etc?
Anyway. Basically, id like to know if i can have a requester chest ONLY REQUEST the items IF another specified chest has LESS THAN 10 of an item? (heres my current scenario if it helps) Im making blue processing units. They require 20 green and 2 red per circuit. Is it possible to setup the requester chest, to receive 200 green, and 20 red, but only when the chest NEEDS it for the next production batch, rather than 20 green and 2 red everytime the items are used?
Basically, id like to stop my logi robots constantly delivering single items to chests, and instead have one wave per say of item delivery.
Many thanks.

Re: Circuit network help
Yes it's possible. You can put 200 green, 20 red in a constant combinator and send it to the requester chest on a certain signal.
But building the logic to make it happen is rather complicated. You probably want to use a "Set Reset Latch". Good luck!

Thanks! Having a search phrase to start with will help a lot! Appreciate it

Re: Circuit network help
I made a contraption precisely for this purpose called The Availabilitizer.
However you cannot just stamp them down all over the place and expect the right thing to happen -- they must be used sparingly or else you must invent some sort of mechanism to coordinate their activity to prevent them from stealing each other's loot.
