Roboport output signal

the ammout of current robots is nice but what i think is more usefull is
an output signal of items that construction robots missing like repairpacks walls solar pannle etc

with that i can make a logic that deliver the missing items via train

also i like to get robot count and inventory its annoing to build 2 roboports to get both informations

This will probably come with 0.15, there's a thread in the Development Proposals for what they want to put in with a poll and this is one of the higher voted features.
