Steps to reproduce:
1. Place an Offshore Pump
2. Place a Chemical Plant and connect the fluid inputs to the Offshore Pump
3. Set a Sulfuric Acid recipe
4. Hover over the icon and look at the tooltip

The recipe tooltip for Sulfuric Acid (and probably for other recipes with liquids) is not updated when the water flows into it. Reloading the save doesn't fix the issue.
