Thanks for the report,

This is a tricky one, might need some fundamental re-work of the tile correction logic,
So for now it will go in confirmed, but might be moved to 'waiting to 0.14' depending on what happens

Anyway i will move this to waiting for 0.14, as i don't see the necessary changes being easy or stable to implement in 0.13

the landfill mod solved it by using 2x2 tiles to place land

This was the exact problem I was reporting, but I didn't capture a good image to show it well.

We have a plan to solve this for 0.15
