[cube] Update 0.13.20 -> 0.14.5 fails

I just copied this from a working 0.13.20 zip install, so maybe that's the cause. But then again, the message doesn't say anything about something I should have done.

I also searched the 0.13.18 to 0.14.5 changelogs and found nothing mentioning changes to updating.
