meaning he has 1112 MB of RAM, no V-ram and no RAM available as V-ram.
(at least, if I understand it correctly)

2g RAM, 1g VRAM,
Update 14.3-14.4 failed due to what appeared to be the original 32-64 problem.
Update to 14.5 went through ok with no problems.
So, now it's all good.

PS I posted this more as a FYI.
