Exactly the same symptoms as occured in viewtopic.php?f=11&t=31905&p=201150&hil ... sh#p201150, that were fixed in 0.14.2, seem to have reappeared.

It's actually working just fine. You're simply a few thousand logistic robots short of being able to handle what you've told them to do 
All of your robots are busy handling requester chests and don't have enough time to deal with the trash slots on your player.
Once I put about 2000 logistic robots in your roboports they started to have enough time to get around to the character and took everything away as expected.
