0.9.3
0.9.3
As I see, you've already fixed a few serious bug:

Please, could you release 0.9.3 in the weekends?
Either you could share fixed files, which have to be replaced.

Re: 0.9.3
You know the next version will be released regardless of if you make threads wanting the next version. You making a post wanting the next version does not magically make sure the next patch will be released friday.
Re: 0.9.3
Soon as 9.3 comes out there's gonna be a 9.4 thread.
Re: 0.9.3
That thread will be awesome!ludsoe wrote:Soon as 9.3 comes out there's gonna be a 9.4 thread.

Re: 0.9.3
Unfortunately, there are some serious bugs
Those bugs don't allow to use mods.

Re: 0.9.3
Oil industry isn't a mod.
Re: 0.9.3
Only some mods are affected. Any that modify the gui are currently out of commission pending a fix, but those that don't add any fancy effects will not be affected like the OWL mod, or any other mod that just adds recipes or graphics of the same type as the rest of the mod.

Re: 0.9.3
Please stop making these threads every single week. We all look forward to updates and the developers will release the next update when they feel its ready and pretty much always release updates on a Friday anyways.
Besides being pointless because of the above its also unfair for you to try and put pressure on the devs of the game to rush out a release just for you Their current high level of support and frequent updates is very rare in the industry, especially for a game in alpha.
Not to mention its annoying because I keep thinking your threads are the real update thread with patchnotes and stuff when its just you begging for updates every week

Re: 0.9.3
I share the "stop posting for updates" sentiment. I mean seriously... if you are expecting them to release x.x.x = BUGFREE release then you're going to be asking for a new release indefinitely to fix some bug here and there that you think is critical that really isn't. You know what classifies as a critical bug? One that makes the game unplayable. That is critical. Thus far I don't think there has actually been any sweeping critical bugs in the 0.9 series. So yeah. If you don't want to play because of "bugs" that is your choice. But there is a reason it is called 'experimental' release.
Also "Not allowing mods" is not a bug. It's not the responsibility of the Factorio team to keep mods up to date with their major releases. So if X mod isn't working for 0.9 then talk to the creator(s) of that mod to update their mods. If they say they aren't updating until 0.9 becomes stable, then that is their choice. Still not the responsibility of the Factorio team.
