[14.3] Setting "open console" to mouse button eats first character pressed

When I set mouse button 4 or 5(havn't tested it with other mouse buttons) as button to open the console the first letter gets "eaten" basically it won't get displayed and I need to double press the first letter every time when opening the console.

my bad, 14.3 but I think I also had it on older versions
