Bob's Mods 0.13 Chemical Plant Question

I've spent a lot of time on this map to find a glitch that doesn't let me choose a recipe from the chemical plant...

I'm playing on bobs mods 0.13.

What should I do? I can't find a solution.

Well I don't see anything from there

it's a lot of mods haha wont let me upload them

do all of your mods have default config settings?

also dropbox or googledrive should be able to hold all the mods.

Also what version of factorio?

You have bobrevamp... It significantly brings forward the abillity to build the chemical plant. I can't remember without looking in to it, but it may be possible to unlock it before you learn any recipes for it. I can't look into this right at the moment, but, this might be the case? try researching chemical processing 2, or something oil related (Fuel blocks, cracking, plastics etc) and see if any recipes show up.

Yes, Revamp moves a lot of the recipes that you would get automatically onto new researches.
