After starting the game, when I go to load one specific savegame, it stops a bit before halfway loaded and gives a message that there's an error and that I should post a bugreport. I am able to load other savegames.
The savegame in question is a multiplayer savegame, created with 0.13.18 on a Win10 computer, I loaded it to this old Windows Vista computer through Steam synchronisation. I tried three times, messed around a bit with reducing graphics quality, but all three times it failed in the same way.
Please find the log attached to this message.
You can download the save game here if you want:

Re: [0.13.20] Won't load savegame
You're trying to load a 100 MB save file on a 32 bit operating system. The save file alone takes 4.2 GB of RAM to load which is more than your entire computer has.
You need to upgrade to a 64 bit computer and get more RAM in order to load that map.

Actually now that I look into this more there's a crazy amount of decorative entities on your map.. over 10 million of them.
My 300 hour save file which is about 4 times bigger than yours doesn't even have that many entities total. Something is broken for sure.
