[13.19] No biters are spawned

Hi,

I just got updated to 13.19 / steam / mac. Now it seems there are no biters. I tried several options at the map generator but I don't see any. Is there something I should check or correct? I tried looking for this issue but all concerns are about people having too much biters. I want that!

Also, I don't see anything else wrong with the game, besides all Arumba's mod being disabled so I had to delete them and game is working fine.

Please post a problematic save file.
Are you using any mods? If yes .zip and upload your mod folder please.
