Any that can make a mod that changes the amount of oil to never depleting in a oil pit or any that can make something like late game deep core oil pumping

Or perhaps transsform alien artefact to oil

Have you searched the mod database? Ther eare a few oil mods that do stuff like this?

In the BioTech mod you can create oil from sunlight. It does take massive amounts of space though.

Oil never does deplete completely.

The easiest way for folks to deal with oil depletion is to change the parameters when generating the map.
