[0.14.0] Startup Error

Specs: i7-5930k, 32GB ram, 258GB SSD Raid 1, GTX 980,
I start the game through steam and it load to: "Loading sounds ... 98%" and I get the following error message in a new window.

Error: remove(p): invalid argument: operation not permitted

Uploading factorio-current.

Remove this folder:

That fixed it!

Problem solved.

EDIT: I had it open in txt editor, so it must have locked access. My bad.
