[0.14.0] Duplicating Mods

When I first loaded up .14 and told it to check for mod updates then download updates, it downloaded every mod that had an update (finally downloading more than one mod each click!) but it didn't delete any of the older versions, so I had to manually delete the duplicates before the game would open again.
