[0.13.x] Robot stuck somewhere

Hello,

I got a save sometime I don't know, what a construction robot got stuck.

This may be caused by some mods I use, however I couldn't really tell (nor is there any way know where the robot got struck)

This is insufficient for a bug report, it could simply be that it ran out of energy and therefore takes a long time to get back.
If you find the issue and it is indeed a bug, let us know.
