Auto-placing a blueprint by holding down placement key and running ignores the orientation of underground belt. This results in too early placement of next section. In some cases it would be possible to place the undergrounds to one edge of the blueprint, in which case the problem is avoided.
Repeatable at least in 0.12.35, 0.13.15, 0.13.17. No mods were used.
In the attached picture below, the left side shows most basic form of this behaviour. Top row is the original used to create the blueprint. Second row shows the placement result when running left to right. Third row shows the result when running right to left (still having same orientation in the BP). Bottom row shows expected behaviour (in my opinion).
The right side shows a slightly stripped down real use-case.

I am afraid BPs simply don't work that way and are not supposed to.
