Factorio not Updating since 0.13

If I start my Game(Version 0.12.35) and try to log in for updates I get this message:
JSON parser error server reply (<unspecified file>(1): expected object or array)

Reinstalling did not helped at all and also shutting down the firewall did nothing.
I`m using the standalone version of the Game without any mods.

Does someone know why this is happening?

Looks like a network issue, please upload the log file.
