Long Burner Inserters

I'm currently house-sitting long term and have my gaming computer (with Factorio installed) there with, unfortunately, no internet access (so I am typing this from my laptop away from my gaming computer) so unfortunately I don't have screenshots, but something I've noticed about the long burner inserters: in two different directions (reaching from the top to bottom, and I think from the right to left), they don't have quite enough starting energy to fuel themselves sometimes which is particularly annoying when trying to setup a long chain of them.
I don't know whether anyone else has noticed this. I regret I can't currently post a screenshot due to my gaming rig being in a house with no internet. :/

Well a solution would be to set up all the inserters and take a stack of fuel/coal/wood on your cursor and right click on each one.

Nothing I can really do about that unfortunately, the starting energy is pre-defined.
