Apparently, your mod just fell off the portal a few minutes ago. I discovered it when Reddit's portal bot screwed up and I attempted to find it manually.

I couldn't find it on the directory listing. I'm not sure how the Linkmod works, but when I tried to get it to find your mod, it got totally lost. It might be that there are so many mods in the last couple weeks that I didn't look back far enough ...'cept that LinkMod had to go back much further to dig up Bob's Mining, huh? (I really miss factoriomods.com and its, readability/navigability, plus count for mods in each category. The official portal has disappointed me in every way, assuming you don't count my relief that it wasn't hosted on the Curse network.)

I do not get what you say.
I can find my mod here in this search : https://mods.factorio.com/?q=mining
And I can also find it ingame, using mods/install mods, then search "mining" and it appears in the list.
For me everything works fine with the new portal, except the portal discussions, but they will improve this I guess.

Now my mod is in factorio 0.14
I do not maintain 0.13 in parralel.
So update to 0.14

OR :

please rename data-updates.lua into data-final-fixes.lua

and in info.json, edit this line :

Is there anyway you could add it so we can drill for groundwater and lithia water when we are using Bobs mods with this mod? Love the mod by the way, makes base organization nice and easy.

I added lithia water and ground water. Yields generated with dynamites are too high (in comparison with other resource fluids like crude-oil), but I did not find the reason for that...
