Hot-bar scrolling

Instead of clicking an item, or pressing a number on the keyboard for an item on the hot-bar, you use the scroll wheel.

When using the hot bar slots, I noticed that it's not possible to go past slot 5, which caused me to click the slot's past 5, Anywhere before slot 5, required me to press one of the number keys, which just seemed like an inconvenient key usage. Now, it may be a small detail, that may not be appreciated in the long run, but it would still be a neat feature to be able stop clicking back and forth between slots 6-10/pressing the number keys.

This would be a nice feature. But since scroll wheel is used to zoom in/out, maybe a modifier key( shift + scroll wheel) could scroll through the hotbar.
