Update 13.13 > 13.14 failed: "Result too large"

When I try to update the game to 0.13.15 I get the following error

Error opening update package: Opening zip E:\TBog\Games\Factorio_0.13.13\temp\core-win64-0.13.13-0.13.14-update.zip failed: Result too large

In the temp folder, the file core-win64-0.13.13-0.13.14-update.zip is a web page, not a zip

I have no clue what happened, I don't even know where the website inside the zip came from.
