Let's say I have two separate (not connected) logistics networks.  Will a logistics robot recharge itself on a roboport that is not within its logistics network?  Let's say the shortest path for the logistics robot cuts through another logistics network?  Will it hit up a roboport in this seperate network to charge?

Nope, it only charges in its own network.
