Bitter Wars
So, this might be a really stupid question, but are the Bitters supposed to fight each other as well as the player?

Not in my experience, though they will attack units that are blocking their path if they fail to find a way around those units (maybe this includes other biters).

The AI is glitchy- its possible to make the biters attack each other, it is also possible to make follower bots attack each other.
Basically if one attacks another intentionally or not, this often happens due to splash damage, they will immediately fight to the death.
People experimenting with flamethrower equipped follower bots found out the hard way when the splash damage of the flamethrowers caused the entire pack to be consumed into a raging inferno of out of control firebots killing each other as fast as they could go.

In my mind, Steam is the eternal king of the railway.

Didn't they fixed that in one of the latest experimental releases? Bitters and spitters attacking each other I mean...
