Oil extension (boiler for oil, oil wagon).

As posted in the roadmap for 0.12 and 0.13.

One of the features was add an oil extension.
My question, is this still planned and is a barrel extension also included (a barrel for each liquid).

The trend goes more into transporting fluids by specialized wagons.
