As the Server Saves, the Server stops responding

I tried it several times now, and everytime my client gets a "Server is not responding..."

I am running Linux, headless on my VPS.

Make sure that the user Factorio runs under has permission to write to the Write data path directory.

Where exactly, because the User has r/w/x rights, so i don't understand why...
