[0.13.11] ALT-View Item Indicator

I switched from 0.13.08 to 0.13.11 and some item indicators in alt-view are not showing the black background anymore. It seems that it is somehow related to the entity where the idem indicator is shown. See Images (All from 13.11):

Entities currently affected:
combinators (except constant-combinator)
Logisticbots
Buildbots

Windows 7 64x and Windows 10 64x affected. GTX 970.

Tried 13.09 and 13.10 also. Both versions behave like 13.08 - so it was introduced in 13.11.
