[0.13.11] coal field turned into stone

This happens after update. Downdate and update again didn't help.

So what's the bug? I don't see anything wrong in your save.

wow, loading in 0.13.10 doesn't work anymore, it's would be stone.
But you can see coal on belt, when miners stay on stone.

I'm not doing this to annoy you, it's just happen with me.

Most likely one of your mods changed something because we haven't changed anything that would cause coal to turn to stone.
