[0.13.10] Crash when loading my savefile

Was a one time thing it seems, it loads fine now. Error log submitted.
Had tabbed to browser so maybe it wasn't immediate. Dunno.

Crashed again before I had time to post.

And then Factorio crashed again...

Seems plausible. It happens in a save with Behemoths (which uses EMP a lot) but not in a save without them even though the mod configuration is the same.
