Red Chest/Drone priority bug

I've noticed that the red robo chests (dunno the english word for "Passive Anbieterkiste") aren't always correctly used by the drones. My drones keep taking Stuff from storage chests (yellow) before taking it from the red chests to bring it to demanding chests (blue). I guess, this wasn't meant to be.

I believe they have always taken from storage first. If there is nothing in storage then they will take from red passive providers. Same goes for players request slots.
