mod portal numerous "Server error: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR"

Hi,

since this morning, I have numerous "Server error: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" when I try to upload a mod on the portal.
Then the upload bar is still moving and it is hard to cancel the upload and retry.

It was probably having load issues at the time, if it's reproducible please report it again.

Not anymore, but during last days, I very often have a "download failed" error 95% of time when I try to update a mod from ingame
(the mod list construction and the "to-update" list construction have no problem though)
