Multible player on the same IP adress cant connect

I have 3 computers which are on the same router. I set up a game with a friend over a public server with password from a different town.
A friend joins with one of the others computers. She cant connect to my game.

Later on i let her set up a game, my i cant connect to her game, but a minute later another person join the game from somewhere. Still i cant ping her game.

I can see her game and she can see mine.but no ping. And offcourse we cant connect. I have no problem connecting on other games. But if one of the other computers browse the public game serves my computer cant ping or connect.

Game don't work with 2 or more computers on the same IP

I was not able to set up a multiplayer game with a person sitting across the table from me even though we were able to do so in 0.12.x. Don't know if it's related to the above.

You are running into NAT issue here.
I think you can try to get around it by using different port on all the peers and server. It might make the NAT punching a bit more clever and figure out what should go where.
You can change the port in config file.

I have this issue on my dedicated server. Just connect to the device on its local (internal) IP address via connect to IP address, works fine for me.
