[0.13] Steam achievements

Hi,
I'm not sure, if this counts as a bug but I found way how to play with mods and then get steam achievements.
If you turn off all mods, load game, save it and then load it again, game thinks you play without any mod, so you can cheat any steam achievement for steam this way.

There's also programs you can use to just give yourself achievements.

sounds interesting.. i delete all modfiles (x and v to another place) to play a clean install but i didnt collect an archivement
That is really a bug.

Oh come on. Please fix this, not all of us know about said program! Make sure there is no in-game way around this. I'm sure it's doable. Forget that external tools exist, because you can't "fix" them, but at least you can fix your game!
