0.13.9 IPv6 does not load

0.13.9 IPv6 does not load

When connecting to server with IPv6 address in format [2a01::1]:34197 the map downloads just fine but hangs at 100% stating ETA 0h

Loading from the same server with IPv4 works just fine, other connections such as websites also work ok on the same host
