Chemichal plant : Crude Oil To Barrel

As a Intermediate product it need to accept modules of all kind.

I modified the code to let the productivity module to be accepted but the production boost is applied to the "empty barrel too".
Not so good cause in this way you have the creation of free Empty barrels.
The boost should be applyed only to the Crude Oil production.

I suggest to move the Crude Oil To Barrel recipe away from Intermediate Products.
