[0.13 experimental] open command line not working

Im not quit esure if its a bug.

But i cant seem to open console.

I also dont found under settings the key for it.

I try enter (all other normal keys) ~ / \ - not working. I have german keyboard layout.

On a german keyboard the Ö key is the default key for console/chat.

You can change this setting in Options --> Controls --> Game --> Toggle Lua console
(Einstellungen --> Tastaturbelegung --> Spiel --> Lua-Konsole öffnen)
It's the second-to-last one on the right side.
