[0.13.8] Game cant start : stop at 10% of loading

[0.13.8] Game cant start : stop at 10% of loading

Hello,

I can run the game, i just bought it on steam and try different version 0.12 to 0.13.8.
At every launch of the game, there is the loading screen , that reach 10% and each time, an error message appear (i post the capture screen in attachement of thispost) :

Sprite "_base_/graphics/entity/biter/biter-attack-1.png" couldn't be loaded

I'm on Windows 10

I try to reboot everything , and now i've just the window's game with the sound but a white screen (few seconds after there is no answer and i have to close it)

If you own the Factorio on Steam, try verifying the game cache and see if it works :)

Thanks for posting the log. Moving thread to Technical help.

1) You have early Windows 10 graphics driver, you should update it: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverRe ... 4728/en-us
2) You can try to set launch options in Factorio properties in Steam to:

Code: Select all

--force-opengl
and see if that helps.

Thanks for your response . But after updating Nvidia & restart everything ... the game crash immediately :
