Someone with a crappy connection logged on and lagged us. He left, and we got the 'Xyz left the game.'
The game then froze (not the client) and is still frozen like 10 minutes later, making MP unplayable. This happened rarely in 0.12.x but is still an issue for 0.13.x.
We need better detection/handling for disconnections, etc.

I ended up having to kill the factorio.exe process.
I was able to log back in with no issues.

A common cause I've seen, a heavily lagging peer disconnects, server freezes immediately. Mostly happens when that peer has been on longer than a minute, and leaves during a lag spike.
