[0.13.6] [Pending] Stack Inserter tech shows incomplete

Just noticed that Stack Inserter still shows up in the techs to be researched, even though I've already researched it. I get the Research button as well.

Look at this screenshot how even though I've got past this point, it still shows as available.

Did you recently upgrade from an earlier 0.13 version? The stack research was only added in the latest minor release

I first installed with 0.13.0 and have Steam set to automatically upgrade to each latest beta.

from .13.6 on wards you will have to manually select either specific branch or select the latest experimental to get the latest build.
