[0.13.8] Game Crashes when placing cargo wagon

In the save file when I place a cargo wagon behind the two locomotives in the station the game crashes.

This is a map from 0.12 that i updated to 0.13 I used to have mods but disabled them before updating the map to 0.13

This is due to the rail bugs in the early versions of 0.13 which have since been fixed. Unfortunately the save file is most likely permanently broken.

If you can reproduce the bug by loading the 0.12 save in the latest 0.13.8 please make a new bug report.

Otherwise you can try running this command on any un-minable rails to see if it fixes the issue:
