[0.13.8] Client does nothing after "User Verification"

The Windows Client will go blank if the Server responds with

Code: Select all

Refusing connection for address(11.11.11.11:11111). User verification is required for this game.

As most of the multiplayer has been rewritten for 0.14, I will move this to resolved.
